The Well-Designed Solar PV Tracker

As we know that, our Earth is now in great danger, due to the global warming matter. In order to prevent the problem from out of control, we all should do something to save the Earth from devastation! After all, it's our responsibility, as the Earth is our only living place.

Today's project is about how to create a portable solar PV tracker. In this case, you don't have to worry about the cost, as this solar PV tracker is much cheaper than many others on the market.

To be honest, it's not too hard to develop the solar PV tracker and you can even do it by yourself! Before that, you must choose the suitable solar panel, where you can get it from the local marketplace.

The above picture shown that the solar panels need to be mounted onto a frame, where is attached to two bike wheels. The wheels are mounted to a larger wooden frame. The wheels and panel are controlled and moved by using a 12-volt linear actuator.

The LED sensor is needed as well, as it senses the path of the sun and tells the actuator to move to the correct coordination. Beside that, there are two legs at the front of the tracker, which it allows you to adjust the solar PV tracker to the proper altitude throughout the seasonal changes.
